The majority of my work is done with specific friends, family members or special occasions in mind, so I will create one of that particular item and no more. I prefer not to work from patterns. If I do use a pattern, I will put a link to the pattern or a reference to the book in my Artist's Comments. Unfortunately, I don't write any of my own patterns down, since I have no intention of making more than one of each item. I have enough clutter in my house with all of my craft supplies. I don't need to be adding scribbled-on scraps of paper to it. I never sell my work. My crafts have always been made to be given as gifts, so once I've finished the item, I take a photograph for myself and present the craft to the intended recipient. That way, my completed crafts don't take over my house and force me to start living in my car!
